Clinton Builds Momentum in Connecticut
The latest poll by Quinnipiac for Connecticut has placed Hillary Clinton in the lead over Donald Trump and Gary Johnson.
Which presidential candidate would you vote for?
- Hillary Clinton – 41%
- Donald Trump – 36%
- Gary Johnson – 6%
Clinton continues to build momentum in various polls throughout the country. While she is still an unpopular candidate, most voters feel like they have no choice to vote for her when the other choice is Trump. A Clinton presidency is a lot safer than a Trump one and voters can guarantee that she will stick to a centrist platform and keep the country on its current course.
However, for some voters, Trump is an attractive candidate. Craziness aside, he promises change and isn’t a career politician. Trump doesn’t care about big politics and becoming president is nothing but an achievement on his to-do list. If elected, Trump would be the most likely candidate to try and push forward with a big change that isn’t a giant wall “securing” the United States-Mexico border.
None the less, with Bernie Sander’s campaign all but dead, Clinton and Trump will start to focus on each other and the election will continue to get juicy as we see Trump sink to new levels of buffoonery.
