Clinton Versus the Republicans in New Hampshire

A recent political poll by WMUR9 in New Hampshire calculated the results of head-to-head matchups between the Democrats Hillary Clinton and various Republican candidates. Clinton lost to most of the candidates, but managed to beat Donald Trump, the current leader for the Republican presidential nomination.

Who would you vote for?

  • Hillary Clinton 45% – Jeb Bush 46%
  • Hillary Clinton 43% – Scott Walker 45%
  • Hillary Clinton 50% – Donald Trump 40%
  • Hillary Clinton 44% – Marco Rubio – 43%
  • Hillary Clinton 43% – Rand Paul 45%

Clinton managed to score well against the Republicans strongest candidate. Trump may provide the election with a nearly infinite amount of entertainment, but he is still a serious candidate and Clinton’s 10 point victory over him is telling. In addition, she scored well within the margin of error against Bush and Walker.

If Clinton can secure a larger portion of young voters, she may coast to victory in 2016 if the Republicans push forward with a weak candidate. As the election looms closer, one should expect that Trump will fall in the rankings as more serious candidates make gains and replace him as the likely candidate for the party.

I’d take Trump over any of those empty Koch Brothers, Sheldon Adelson puppets any day !
How can anyone consider those extremist Republicans ?
A third Bush ? Scot Walker?
    Huckabee? Carson ?
    Awful !
