New Hampshire: Trump Crushes, Clinton Barely Beats Sanders
The latest New Hampshire poll by Public Polling Policy has revealed that Donald Trump leads the Republican Party by a wide margin and Hillary Clinton struggled to beat Bernie Sanders.
Which Democratic candidate would you vote for?
- Hillary Clinton – 44%
- Bernie Sanders – 42%
- Martin O’Malley – 8%
Which Republican candidate would you vote for?
- Donald Trump – 27%
- Ted Cruz – 13%
- Marco Rubio – 11%
- Ben Carson – 9%
- John Kasich – 8%
The Republican Party is still Trumps to lose, but Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio are quickly closing the gap and presenting themselves as potential replacements for Trump, should he fall.
Ben Carson’s campaign is in free-fall. The retired neurosurgeon is struggling to tread water and continues to plummet in the polls. Voters have wised up to his inability to lead the country and see Trump, Rubio, and Cruz as better candidates.
Jeb Bush should fold his campaign as soon as possible. If you are a household name, but poll behind John Kasich, you should reconsider the effectiveness of your current campaign efforts.
For the Democrats, Clinton is still topping most major polls, but Sanders continues to beat her in states like Iowa and New Hampshire. The recent tragedies in the United States will provide Sanders with enough ammunition to push a progressive agenda, something that he is far more genuine about than Clinton.
